Life coaching sessions with me are an hour long Zoom call where we discuss your desired topic. The coaching usually begin with an initial “getting to know you” session. This is where we lay down the foundation, expectations, and timelines for our work together.
My clients usually work with me on the following topics:
- Anger management
- Finding their life purpose
- Work-life balance
- Finding the right career
- Handling rejection
There are also many other topics that we can discuss. In case the topic you want to discuss does not fall under life coaching, it’s also possible for me to refer you to other experts in related fields like psychiatry, psychology, and counseling.
